Developing the Detail
Since the beta version of HQM was released in December 2015, we have continued to work with many different groups and organisations to ensure that HQM delivers the high quality homes that are so urgently needed in the UK.
We are always interested to hear about potential HQM case studies, please contact us if you would like to get involved!
Input from industry is essential for making sure the HQM is fit for purpose and adds the most value for our stakeholders. There are no live consultations currently planned but, if you want to get in touch or give us any feedback please do.

You can become Qualified and licensed to carry out HQM one assessments by signing up to the appropriate training with the BRE Academy. There are streamlined routes for candidates with previous experience of BREEAM and Code for sustainable homes Assessments.
