Since the beta version of HQM was released in December 2015, we have continued to work with many different groups and organisations to ensure that HQM delivers the high quality homes that are so urgently needed in the UK.

Assessor training
You can become Qualified and licensed to carry out HQM one assessments by signing up to the appropriate training with the BRE Academy. There are streamlined routes for candidates with previous experience of BREEAM and Code for sustainable homes Assessments.
